Creator & Diamonds Policy
Effective Date: 1 June 2026
Last Updated: 14 July 2026
Version: 1.2.0
This Creator & Diamonds Policy (the “Creator Policy”) governs participation in Fraw’s creator features, private and published extension systems, creator rewards, Diamonds, withdrawal functionality, payout functionality, and related monetization features.
This Creator Policy forms part of and is incorporated into the Fraw Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”).
Capitalized terms not defined in this Creator Policy have the meanings given in the Terms.
If there is a conflict between this Creator Policy and the Terms, the Terms control unless this Creator Policy expressly states that a particular provision overrides the Terms.
By creating, submitting, saving, publishing, distributing, or using an extension, participating in creator features, receiving or accumulating Diamonds, or requesting a withdrawal, you agree to this Creator Policy.
If you do not agree with this Creator Policy, you must not use creator, publication, Diamond, withdrawal, or payout functionality.
1. Purpose and Scope
Fraw provides a creator layer that may allow eligible users to:
- create private extensions;
- submit extensions for review;
- publish extensions for use by other users;
- manage published or archived extensions;
- participate in creator reward programs;
- accumulate Diamonds from eligible activity;
- request withdrawal of eligible creator rewards where available; and
- access other creator-related functions introduced by Fraw.
This Creator Policy explains:
- who may participate in creator features;
- how eligibility is determined;
- the distinction between private and published extensions;
- creator responsibilities for submitted content;
- how Diamonds may be earned;
- what activity is excluded from creator rewards;
- when withdrawal may be available;
- how country, regulatory, tax, verification, and payment requirements may affect creator functions;
- how Fraw may moderate, restrict, withhold, reverse, suspend, or terminate creator activity; and
- how Fraw may respond to legal, regulatory, platform, safety, or operational requirements.
This Creator Policy applies globally, but particular creator functions may vary by country or region.
2. Creator Model
Fraw may provide the following categories of extensions.
2.1 Private Extensions
Private Extensions are extensions created for the creator’s own personal or internal use within the Service.
Private Extensions:
- are not ordinarily available to other users;
- do not create publication rights;
- do not create distribution rights;
- do not generate Diamonds;
- do not create creator payout rights; and
- remain subject to the Terms, this Creator Policy, moderation controls, technical requirements, and applicable law.
2.2 Published Extensions
Published Extensions are extensions that Fraw permits an eligible creator to make available to other users through the Service.
Published Extensions may include:
- extension titles;
- descriptions;
- prompts;
- instructions;
- configurations;
- reference images;
- thumbnails;
- before-and-after images;
- generated examples;
- creator names or display names;
- usage information;
- public metadata; and
- other materials submitted or selected for publication.
Only activity involving an eligible Published Extension may qualify for Diamonds.
Publication does not guarantee that an extension will generate Diamonds or creator rewards.
2.3 Official Functions
Fraw may provide official extensions, Rebuild, Blend, selected experiences, featured tools, or other official functions.
Unless Fraw expressly states otherwise, official functions:
- are not Published Extensions;
- do not generate Diamonds;
- do not create creator reward rights; and
- are governed by the applicable Service rules.
3. Creator Eligibility
3.1 General Eligibility
Only users designated by Fraw as eligible may access publication, Diamond, withdrawal, payout, or other creator functions.
Eligibility may depend on:
- subscription tier;
- account standing;
- account age;
- time on a qualifying plan;
- account activity;
- country or region;
- applicable age requirements;
- legal capacity;
- identity or payment verification;
- moderation or quality review;
- fraud and abuse review;
- payout-provider availability;
- tax or reporting requirements;
- regulatory registration or approval;
- platform or app-store requirements;
- technical availability;
- operational readiness;
- compliance with the Terms and this Creator Policy; and
- any other reasonable eligibility criteria established by Fraw.
Meeting one eligibility requirement does not guarantee that you meet all eligibility requirements.
3.2 Country and Regional Availability
Creator functions may not be available in every country or region.
Fraw may make some functions available while restricting others.
For example, Fraw may permit a user to:
- create a private extension but not publish it;
- publish an extension but not earn Diamonds;
- earn or view Diamonds but not request withdrawal;
- request withdrawal only through a supported payout provider;
- use creator functions only after additional verification; or
- participate in creator features only after Fraw completes required registration, notification, licensing, local representation, or regulatory procedures.
Making Fraw available for download in a country or region does not guarantee that creator publication, Diamond accrual, withdrawal, payout, or every creator feature is available there.
Fraw may delay, limit, suspend, disable, or discontinue creator functions in a country or region where reasonably necessary because of:
- applicable law;
- regulatory registration;
- licensing or notification requirements;
- local representation requirements;
- child-protection requirements;
- content restrictions;
- payment-provider limitations;
- tax requirements;
- foreign-exchange restrictions;
- sanctions or trade restrictions;
- identity-verification requirements;
- app-store or platform rules;
- fraud or security risks;
- technical limitations; or
- operational readiness.
3.3 Age and Legal Capacity
You must satisfy the age, legal-capacity, and consent requirements applicable to creator participation in your country or region.
Where applicable law requires parental or legal guardian consent, age assurance, identity verification, or other safeguards before a person may publish content, participate in creator rewards, or receive payment, creator functions may be unavailable unless Fraw provides or accepts an appropriate method for satisfying those requirements.
Fraw may restrict creator functions for children or persons below a specified age.
Fraw may request information reasonably necessary to assess:
- age;
- legal capacity;
- parental or guardian authority;
- identity;
- country or region;
- creator eligibility; or
- compliance with applicable law.
3.4 Ongoing Eligibility
Creator eligibility is not permanent.
You must continue to satisfy all applicable requirements.
Fraw may review eligibility at any time and may change eligibility criteria prospectively, subject to applicable law.
Fraw may restrict, suspend, or terminate creator eligibility if:
- you no longer satisfy the applicable criteria;
- your subscription tier changes;
- your account is suspended or terminated;
- required verification expires or fails;
- applicable law changes;
- a payout provider becomes unavailable;
- Fraw has not completed or maintained a required regulatory registration;
- your activity creates legal, safety, fraud, security, reputational, or operational risk; or
- continued participation is not reasonably feasible.
4. Creating Private Extensions
Certain eligible users may be permitted to create Private Extensions for their own use.
Private Extensions remain subject to:
- technical limits;
- storage limits;
- subscription-tier rules;
- moderation and safety controls;
- content restrictions;
- account status;
- country availability;
- applicable law; and
- any other rules displayed in the Service.
A Private Extension does not become a Published Extension unless Fraw authorizes publication.
Fraw may inspect, restrict, remove, archive, or disable a Private Extension where reasonably necessary for:
- safety;
- security;
- abuse prevention;
- technical maintenance;
- policy enforcement;
- legal compliance;
- protection of users or third parties; or
- platform integrity.
Private Extensions do not generate Diamonds or creator rewards.
5. Publishing Extensions
5.1 No Automatic Publication Right
Only eligible creators authorized by Fraw may publish extensions.
Creating or submitting an extension does not create a right to:
- publication;
- approval;
- listing;
- distribution;
- visibility;
- ranking;
- promotion;
- user traffic;
- Diamonds;
- creator earnings; or
- continued availability.
5.2 Submission for Review
Fraw may require an extension to pass:
- automated review;
- manual review;
- safety review;
- quality review;
- intellectual-property review;
- privacy review;
- legal review;
- child-safety review;
- fraud review;
- technical validation; or
- other review procedures.
Fraw may request that you:
- change an extension;
- replace or remove an asset;
- clarify ownership or authorization;
- provide additional information;
- correct misleading content;
- comply with local content requirements;
- add a warning or disclosure;
- restrict the intended audience; or
- satisfy another publication condition.
5.3 Publication Decisions
Fraw may approve, reject, delay, restrict, demote, unpublish, archive, remove, suspend, or terminate any extension where reasonably necessary for:
- safety;
- user protection;
- quality control;
- intellectual-property protection;
- privacy protection;
- child protection;
- fraud or abuse prevention;
- content-law compliance;
- regulatory compliance;
- app-store compliance;
- reputational protection;
- technical reasons;
- operational requirements; or
- platform integrity.
Fraw is not required to publish an extension merely because another extension with similar content was previously published.
Publication decisions may differ between countries or regions.
5.4 Regional Restrictions
An extension may be:
- available globally;
- available only in selected countries;
- unavailable in selected countries;
- subject to age restrictions;
- subject to content warnings;
- limited to particular account tiers; or
- removed from a particular market.
Fraw may restrict content, Output, extension features, creator participation, or public visibility where required or reasonably considered appropriate under applicable:
- content laws;
- electronic-system rules;
- public-order laws;
- child-protection rules;
- privacy laws;
- intellectual-property laws;
- advertising rules;
- consumer-protection requirements;
- religious or cultural restrictions;
- platform rules; or
- governmental or regulatory orders.
6. Creator Content and Rights
6.1 Creator Content
Creator content may include:
- prompts;
- text;
- instructions;
- extension names;
- descriptions;
- images;
- photographs;
- reference materials;
- thumbnails;
- generated examples;
- before-and-after images;
- configurations;
- metadata;
- creator names;
- logos;
- branding;
- profile information; and
- other materials submitted through creator features.
6.2 Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for creator content you submit, save, publish, distribute, or make available through the Service.
You represent and warrant that:
- you own or control all rights necessary to use and publish the creator content;
- you have obtained all necessary permissions, licences, releases, and consents;
- the content does not infringe intellectual-property rights;
- the content does not violate privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or data-protection rights;
- the content does not violate contractual obligations;
- the content does not violate applicable law;
- the content is not fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, or unlawful;
- the content does not exploit, endanger, or unlawfully depict a child;
- the content does not include non-consensual intimate imagery;
- the content does not unlawfully impersonate another person;
- the content does not misrepresent itself as an official Fraw function;
- the content does not contain malware, malicious instructions, or harmful code; and
- publication and use of the content do not breach the Terms, this Creator Policy, or other applicable rules.
6.3 Personal Data and Images of Other People
If creator content includes personal data, an image, likeness, voice, name, or other information relating to another person, you represent and warrant that you have all rights, permissions, consents, releases, and lawful authority necessary to:
- submit that information to Fraw;
- request the relevant AI or image processing;
- store the information;
- include it in an extension;
- publish it to other users; and
- permit other users to process it through the extension where applicable.
You must not submit or publish another person’s personal data or image in violation of:
- privacy rights;
- publicity rights;
- data-protection laws;
- biometric-information laws;
- confidentiality duties;
- intellectual-property rights;
- child-protection laws;
- contractual restrictions; or
- other applicable rights.
6.4 Licence to Fraw
You retain ownership of creator content that you lawfully own.
You grant Fraw a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable licence to:
- host;
- store;
- reproduce;
- copy;
- format;
- adapt;
- process;
- transmit;
- display;
- publish;
- distribute;
- make available;
- moderate;
- review;
- analyze;
- test;
- secure; and
- otherwise use
your creator content as reasonably necessary to:
- provide creator functions;
- operate extensions;
- process user generation requests;
- publish or distribute extensions;
- display extension information;
- promote or feature an extension within the Service;
- provide account history;
- administer creator rewards;
- detect and prevent fraud or abuse;
- moderate content;
- enforce policies;
- comply with law;
- respond to complaints or disputes;
- protect Fraw, users, service providers, and third parties; and
- maintain, support, troubleshoot, or secure the Service.
This licence continues for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the relevant feature or fulfil the purposes described in the Terms, Privacy Policy, and this Creator Policy.
Archiving or unpublishing an extension does not necessarily terminate the licence where continued processing or retention is reasonably necessary for:
- prior-use records;
- user account history;
- generated-content history;
- creator reward administration;
- fraud prevention;
- disputes;
- moderation;
- legal compliance;
- audit;
- security;
- enforcement;
- backups; or
- protection of legal rights.
7. Moderation and Content Enforcement
Fraw may use automated systems, manual review, third-party moderation, safety filters, fraud-detection tools, or hybrid review processes.
Fraw may review:
- creator content;
- prompts;
- reference images;
- generated examples;
- Published Extensions;
- Private Extensions;
- creator accounts;
- Diamond activity;
- payout activity;
- reports and complaints;
- account relationships;
- device signals;
- transaction signals;
- payment signals;
- IP addresses;
- usage patterns; and
- other information reasonably relevant to safety, fraud, compliance, or enforcement.
Fraw may take action including:
- rejecting publication;
- requiring modifications;
- restricting visibility;
- applying an age restriction;
- adding a warning;
- limiting availability by country;
- demoting an extension;
- disabling generation;
- unpublishing an extension;
- archiving an extension;
- deleting content where permitted;
- suspending creator privileges;
- reversing Diamonds;
- withholding rewards;
- suspending payout;
- terminating an account;
- preserving evidence;
- reporting conduct to service providers, app stores, regulators, law-enforcement agencies, cybersecurity authorities, or other competent bodies; or
- taking legal action.
Fraw does not guarantee that every extension or item of creator content will be reviewed before publication.
The absence of prior moderation does not mean that content complies with this Creator Policy.
8. Prohibited Creator Conduct
Creators must not:
- publish unlawful, harmful, deceptive, misleading, abusive, or infringing content;
- publish content that exploits, sexualizes, endangers, or facilitates harm to a child;
- publish non-consensual intimate imagery;
- use another person’s image or personal data without necessary authority;
- impersonate another person, company, creator, public authority, or official Fraw function;
- create deceptive identity documents or misleading identity materials;
- publish content intended to facilitate fraud, scams, harassment, threats, or abuse;
- publish malware, malicious code, phishing content, or technical exploits;
- evade safety filters, moderation, country restrictions, age restrictions, or enforcement systems;
- manipulate extension ranking, traffic, ratings, recommendations, or visibility;
- create artificial, fraudulent, or incentivized usage to obtain Diamonds;
- engage in self-dealing;
- coordinate related accounts to generate rewards;
- use bots, scripts, automation, click farms, or fraudulent traffic;
- manipulate payment methods, devices, accounts, IP addresses, or identities;
- create spammy, duplicative, low-quality, or misleading extensions;
- make false claims about functionality, results, official status, or commercial value;
- promote unlawful goods, services, or activities;
- violate intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights;
- obstruct an investigation;
- provide false information during verification or review;
- conceal a material relationship between accounts;
- submit fraudulent tax, payment, identity, or payout information; or
- assist another person in prohibited conduct.
9. Diamonds
9.1 Nature of Diamonds
Diamonds are Fraw’s internal creator reward unit.
Diamonds may be used to:
- record eligible creator activity;
- calculate potential creator rewards;
- measure withdrawal eligibility;
- support creator-program administration; and
- perform fraud, accounting, and compliance review.
Diamonds are not:
- a general user currency;
- stored value;
- electronic money;
- legal tender;
- a bank deposit;
- a security;
- an investment;
- a debt instrument;
- personal property;
- transferable;
- assignable;
- freely exchangeable;
- redeemable by every user; or
- a guaranteed right to cash or other payment.
The display or accumulation of Diamonds does not create an immediate, unconditional, vested, or guaranteed right to payment.
9.2 Fraw’s Control Over Diamond Rules
Fraw may establish and revise, to the extent permitted by law:
- how Diamonds are calculated;
- which activities qualify;
- which activities are excluded;
- the relationship between eligible credit usage and Diamonds;
- rounding rules;
- minimum thresholds;
- holding periods;
- fraud-review periods;
- settlement timing;
- conversion methodology;
- expiry rules;
- reversal rules;
- withholding rules;
- forfeiture rules;
- verification requirements;
- withdrawal limits; and
- country or regional availability.
Operational details may be displayed in:
- the Service;
- a creator dashboard;
- payout screens;
- help-center materials;
- program rules;
- notices; or
- other documentation.
Changes may apply prospectively and, where reasonably necessary to correct fraud, abuse, error, refunds, chargebacks, or ineligible activity, may also affect pending or previously calculated rewards to the extent permitted by law.
10. Eligible Activity
Diamonds may be awarded only for activity that Fraw determines to be eligible.
Eligibility may depend on:
- whether the extension is an eligible Published Extension;
- whether the creator remains eligible;
- whether the user activity is genuine;
- whether the usage involves eligible paid credits;
- whether the relevant payment has settled;
- whether the activity passes fraud and abuse checks;
- whether the usage complies with applicable law;
- whether Diamond earning is available in the relevant country;
- whether the extension remained compliant at the time of use; and
- any other rules displayed by Fraw.
Fraw may use automated, manual, or hybrid systems to determine eligibility.
No user activity creates a reward entitlement until Fraw completes applicable validation, settlement, fraud, refund, chargeback, and compliance review.
11. Ineligible Activity
Diamonds are not generated from activity that Fraw determines is ineligible.
Ineligible activity may include:
- official functions;
- official extensions;
- Rebuild or Blend;
- Private Extensions;
- Free Credit usage;
- promotional-only activity;
- test activity;
- self-usage of a creator’s own Published Extension;
- usage by related or connected accounts;
- artificial or incentivized traffic;
- fraudulent or automated activity;
- bot-generated activity;
- duplicate or manipulated accounts;
- collusive activity;
- refunded transactions;
- reversed transactions;
- chargebacks;
- unauthorized payments;
- unpaid or unsettled transactions;
- activity generated through technical error;
- activity that violates the Terms or this Creator Policy;
- activity involving unlawful or infringing content;
- activity occurring after an extension should have been restricted or removed;
- activity from a country where Diamond earning is unavailable;
- activity designed primarily to extract rewards; or
- other activity that Fraw determines in good faith does not represent qualifying creator usage.
Fraw may exclude activity associated with:
- the creator;
- the creator’s household;
- related persons;
- related accounts;
- related devices;
- shared payment methods;
- shared payout accounts;
- common IP addresses;
- common authentication details;
- coordinated usage patterns; or
- other signals suggesting self-dealing, collusion, or manipulation.
12. Free Credits and Promotional Activity
Unless Fraw expressly states otherwise:
- Free Credits do not generate Diamonds;
- promotional credits do not generate Diamonds;
- referral credits do not generate Diamonds;
- promotional-only activity does not create payout rights;
- use of a creator extension with ineligible credits does not create creator earnings; and
- promotional programs may apply separate eligibility rules.
Where a reward is incorrectly recorded from Free Credits or another ineligible source, Fraw may reverse or correct the relevant Diamond record.
13. Withdrawal Availability
13.1 No Universal Withdrawal Right
Withdrawal is available only where Fraw expressly enables it and only to creators who satisfy all applicable conditions.
Withdrawal may not be available:
- in every country or region;
- for every account;
- for every creator tier;
- through every payout provider;
- for every type of Diamond activity; or
- at all times.
The availability of creator publication or Diamond accrual does not guarantee the availability of withdrawal.
13.2 Conditions for Withdrawal
Withdrawal may be subject to:
- a minimum Diamond threshold;
- a minimum payout amount;
- account good standing;
- creator eligibility;
- age and legal-capacity requirements;
- identity verification;
- payment-account verification;
- payout-provider verification;
- tax forms or tax information;
- withholding requirements;
- fraud and abuse review;
- payment settlement;
- holding periods;
- transaction review;
- country or regional availability;
- regulatory registration;
- applicable law;
- foreign-exchange rules;
- sanctions screening;
- anti-money-laundering requirements;
- counter-terrorist-financing requirements;
- app-store or payment-provider rules;
- acceptance of additional payout terms; and
- compliance with the Terms and this Creator Policy.
13.3 Country Restrictions
Fraw may enable, disable, delay, or restrict withdrawal for creators in a particular country or region.
Withdrawal availability may depend on:
- whether Fraw is legally permitted to provide creator payout functions;
- whether Fraw has completed required regulatory registrations;
- whether a supported payout provider operates in the country;
- whether the payout provider supports the creator’s account;
- whether required tax, reporting, identity, or compliance procedures can be completed;
- whether local currency, foreign-exchange, or remittance restrictions apply;
- whether Fraw can reasonably administer the program; and
- whether the creator satisfies all applicable requirements.
Where withdrawal is unavailable, Fraw may continue to display or maintain a Diamond record without being required to make an immediate payment.
13.4 No Guaranteed Payout Provider
Fraw may use third-party payout providers.
Fraw does not guarantee that:
- a particular provider will remain available;
- a provider will approve a creator;
- a provider will support a particular country;
- a provider will support a particular currency;
- a provider will complete a transaction;
- a provider will accept the creator’s information; or
- a provider will maintain the same fees, policies, or requirements.
A payout provider may independently require:
- legal name;
- address;
- date of birth;
- identity documents;
- tax information;
- bank or payment-account information;
- source-of-funds information;
- sanctions screening;
- compliance information; or
- other documentation.
Information collected directly by a payout provider is governed by that provider’s terms, privacy policy, and legal obligations.
Fraw may receive limited information relating to the payout process, including:
- payout-provider identifiers;
- transaction references;
- payout status;
- payout amount;
- failure reasons;
- verification status;
- fraud signals; and
- compliance outcomes.
14. Taxes and Government Charges
You are solely responsible for determining and satisfying any taxes, duties, levies, social contributions, reporting obligations, registration obligations, or other governmental charges arising from:
- Diamonds;
- creator rewards;
- withdrawals;
- payouts;
- extension activity; or
- creator earnings.
This does not apply to the extent Fraw is legally required to:
- collect tax;
- withhold tax;
- deduct an amount;
- report a payment;
- issue a tax document;
- obtain tax information; or
- remit an amount to an authority.
Fraw may require tax information, tax forms, taxpayer identification information, certificates, invoices, declarations, or other documentation before permitting withdrawal.
Fraw may withhold or deduct amounts where required by law or where reasonably necessary to comply with tax, reporting, payment, or regulatory requirements.
You are responsible for obtaining your own tax and professional advice.
Fraw does not provide tax, accounting, legal, investment, or financial advice.
15. Withholding, Review, Reversal, and Forfeiture
Fraw may delay, hold, withhold, reverse, deduct, offset, suspend, cancel, or forfeit Diamonds or related withdrawal rights where reasonably necessary in connection with:
- fraud;
- abuse;
- suspicious activity;
- self-dealing;
- collusion;
- related-account activity;
- artificial traffic;
- ineligible usage;
- technical error;
- accounting correction;
- duplicate rewards;
- refunds;
- chargebacks;
- payment reversals;
- payment disputes;
- unlawful content;
- intellectual-property claims;
- privacy complaints;
- child-safety concerns;
- moderation violations;
- breach of the Terms or this Creator Policy;
- identity or payment-verification failure;
- false information;
- tax or reporting requirements;
- sanctions or financial-crime review;
- regulatory requirements;
- legal process;
- government requests;
- account suspension;
- account termination; or
- protection of Fraw, users, service providers, or third parties.
Fraw may correct historical Diamond calculations where rewards were granted:
- by mistake;
- through technical error;
- through fraud or manipulation;
- for ineligible activity; or
- before a refund, chargeback, reversal, or policy finding.
Where reasonably practicable, Fraw may provide information about a withholding or reversal. Fraw may limit that information where disclosure would:
- compromise fraud-detection systems;
- interfere with an investigation;
- violate law;
- reveal confidential information;
- endanger another person; or
- undermine platform security.
16. Payout Processing
A withdrawal request does not guarantee payment.
A request may remain pending while Fraw or a payout provider completes:
- identity verification;
- payment verification;
- tax review;
- sanctions screening;
- fraud review;
- account review;
- transaction reconciliation;
- legal review;
- regulatory review; or
- other required checks.
Fraw may:
- approve a withdrawal;
- reject a withdrawal;
- cancel a withdrawal;
- return a withdrawal to pending status;
- request additional information;
- divide a payout;
- combine payouts;
- apply a holding period;
- change the supported payout method;
- deduct permitted fees or withholding;
- delay settlement; or
- require use of another provider.
Processing times may vary because of:
- country;
- currency;
- payout provider;
- banking system;
- holidays;
- verification;
- compliance review;
- technical issues;
- regulatory restrictions; or
- circumstances outside Fraw’s control.
Fraw is not responsible for delays or failures caused by a third-party payout provider, bank, payment network, regulatory action, inaccurate creator information, or circumstances outside Fraw’s reasonable control.
17. Creator Quality and Conduct Standards
Creators must comply with:
- the Terms;
- this Creator Policy;
- applicable content rules;
- community standards;
- technical requirements;
- publication guidelines;
- moderation decisions;
- intellectual-property procedures;
- privacy and child-safety requirements;
- app-store rules;
- country-specific legal restrictions; and
- other rules communicated by Fraw.
Fraw may consider the following when reviewing creator eligibility or extension availability:
- content quality;
- originality;
- clarity;
- safety;
- user experience;
- technical performance;
- complaint history;
- refund history;
- abuse risk;
- creator conduct;
- legal risk;
- cultural or regional sensitivity;
- regulatory risk;
- extension performance; and
- commercial considerations.
Fraw may establish or modify creator-quality standards prospectively.
18. Visibility, Ranking, Recommendation, and Promotion
Fraw may determine how extensions are:
- listed;
- categorized;
- ranked;
- searched;
- surfaced;
- recommended;
- featured;
- promoted;
- localized;
- age-restricted;
- region-restricted;
- demoted;
- unlisted;
- archived; or
- removed.
Fraw may use factors including:
- relevance;
- quality;
- safety;
- compliance;
- creator standing;
- user engagement;
- performance;
- user feedback;
- complaints;
- fraud risk;
- moderation history;
- regional suitability;
- technical compatibility;
- commercial considerations; and
- platform integrity.
Publication does not create a right to:
- visibility;
- ranking;
- recommendation;
- promotion;
- user traffic;
- continued listing; or
- equal treatment with another extension.
Fraw may promote an extension without creating an obligation to continue promoting it.
19. Reports, Complaints, and Intellectual-Property Claims
Fraw may receive complaints or reports concerning:
- infringement;
- privacy;
- impersonation;
- deceptive content;
- unlawful content;
- child safety;
- harassment;
- fraud;
- harmful content;
- unauthorized use of an image;
- misuse of personal data; or
- other violations.
Fraw may:
- notify the creator;
- request information;
- temporarily restrict content;
- disable generation;
- remove public availability;
- preserve records;
- investigate the complaint;
- refer the matter to a service provider;
- cooperate with a regulator or authority;
- reverse associated rewards;
- suspend creator privileges; or
- terminate the account.
Creators must cooperate in good faith with reasonable investigations.
Failure to respond or provide adequate information may result in restriction or removal.
Fraw may adopt intellectual-property notice-and-takedown procedures and may terminate repeat infringers or repeat violators.
20. Legal, Regulatory, and Government Requests
Fraw may preserve, restrict, disclose, remove, or otherwise process creator content or creator information where reasonably necessary to:
- comply with applicable law;
- comply with a valid court order;
- respond to a lawful governmental request;
- respond to a regulator;
- respond to law enforcement;
- respond to a cybersecurity authority;
- comply with electronic-system operator obligations;
- comply with content-removal requirements;
- investigate unlawful activity;
- protect public safety;
- prevent fraud or abuse;
- protect children;
- enforce the Terms or this Creator Policy; or
- protect Fraw, users, service providers, or third parties.
Where permitted by law, Fraw may challenge requests that it reasonably considers invalid, excessive, or unlawful.
Fraw may be prohibited from notifying you about a request, investigation, preservation requirement, disclosure, or enforcement action.
Fraw may restrict creator functions in a country while assessing or responding to a regulatory requirement.
21. Personal Data and Creator Records
Fraw may process creator-related information to:
- assess eligibility;
- administer extensions;
- moderate content;
- calculate Diamonds;
